Gerda Gruber
Known for its black porcelain sculpture and its artifacts with very thin porcelain, such as leaves and sheets. His sculpture is abstract, universal sense, intense and aggressive.
In 2002, he was part of the Visual Arts Committee to select candidates for the First National Visual Arts Biennial of Yucatan along with other artists. More than 850 works by creators from 26 states of the Republic were evaluated.
He has participated in congresses and exhibited his work individually and collectively in Mexico, as well as in Italy, Austria, Sweden, Hungary, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and other countries. He currently teaches the sculpture workshop in the Visual Arts career at ESAY.
